Knedle sa šljivama, slatkiš dostojan i najsvečanije trpeze... Tradicija kojom se treba ponositi... Onaj klasičan recept odavno je na jaukuhinji.com (na sledećem linku) a ovog puta sa par sitnih dodataka koji knedlama daju sasvim novu dimenziju. Prvo je malo ulja koščica šljive u testu (za aromu marcipana) a drugo je kokosov šećer i cimet u prezli...

1 jaje
60 g putera
10 ml allnut ulja koščica šljive

malo soli
oko 300 g brašna

Način pripreme:
Priprema knedli: Krompir sam oljuštila, skuvala u dosta slane vode, izgnječila i ostavila da se prohladi (jer kada je krompir hladan "upija" manje brašna). Kada se prohladio dodala sam omekšali puter, so, jaje, ulje koščica šljive i malo po malo brašna koliko je bilo dovoljno da zamesim testo... Testo treba da bude mekano i na granici "gnjecavosti" jer što više brašna dodate biće tvrđe knedle tako da je mera data ovde samo okvirna.

Testo sam onda podelila na dva dela i svaki rastanjila na radnoj površini na debljinu oko 7 mm i sekla kvadrate cc. 7x7 cm. U sredinu svakog kvadrata stavila sam po šljivu kojoj sam predhodno izvadila koščicu i lagano skupila testo oko nje, stvarajući kuglice tj. knedle koje sam stavljala na pobrašnjavljenu površinu.

U dubok lonac stavila sam dosta vode i kada je provrila spuštala po nekoliko knedli. Kuvala sam ih 5 minuta od kada bi isplivale na površinu i velikom (ili ako imate šupljikavom) kašikom vadila u tiganj sa pripremljenim prezlama pa ih lagano sa svih strana valjala u iste.

Priprema prezle: U tiganju sam otopila puter i na umerenoj vatri propržila prezle (stalno mešajući) a onda ih sklonila sa vatre i kada su se prohladile dodala kokosov šećer i cimet pa sve dobro promešala.
