Chia puding je zdrava i jednostavna poslastica sklona raznim varijantama... Ja vam ovog puta predlažem tri varijante... Doduše iako sam ja osnovu radila sa kokosovim mlekom može se koristiti i obično mleko ili bademovo ili jogurt, kefir pa i neki sok. A posle šta ćete dodati opet je vaša volja i ukus...

2-3 kašike meda

za čokoladnu varijantu:
1 kašika kakao praha
2-3 kašike mlevenog pečenog badema

Način pripreme:
Priprama osnovnog chia pudinga: U posudu sam stavila chia semenke, kokosovo mleko i med. Sve sam dobro promešala, poklopila i stavila u frižider preko noći.

Priprema varijante sa bananama: Za ovu varijantu u chia puding dodala sam samo malo cimeta i onda sam u čaše stavljala sloj chia pudinga, sloj kolutova banana, opet sloj pudinga, banana i od gore po kašičicu kikiriki putera.

Priprema varijante sa borovnicama: U osnovni chia puding stavila sam par kašika džema od borovnica a onda u čaše stavila pripremljen puding i od gore stavila sveže borovnice i malo listića badema.

Priprema čokoladne varijante: U osnovni chia pudng stavila sam kakao i mleveni badem pa sve dobro promešala. Sipala sam puding u posudice i od gore ukrasila komljenim grilijašem od badema.

Napomena: Mere sam vam dala od prilike kao da celu količinu pudinga koristite samo za jednu varijantu a ja sam od te količine napravila sve tri tako da je količina dodataka u suštini odokativna jer neće biti pogrešno dodati malo više ili manje džema od borovnica ili više ili manje kakao praha ili čega već...

Savet: Ako nemate džem od borovnica onda uzmite 100 g svežih ili smrznutih borovnica, dodajte 50 g šećera i kuvajte 10-ak minuta na laganoj vatri. Zatim sos ohladiti i koristiti.
Savet: Grilijaš sam pravila tako što sam u šerpicu stavila 50 g šećera, pa kada se otopio i karamelizovao dodala 100 g pečenih badema, promešala i istresla na papir za pečenje. Kada se smesa ohladila grubo sam se "izlomila" i koristila.
