Lagano, zasitno, hranljivo... Kelj, a i sočivo, su prilično zapostavljeni u našoj ishrani a bez razloga jer namirnice su jako hranljive i mogu se pripremiti na mnogo ukusnih načina. Jedan od tih je i ovo varivo od sočiva sa pečurkicama i keljom fino i tako kremasto bez dodatka brašna ili skrobnog brašna. Naime pri pripremi deo pečurkica se smiksa i vrati u varivo, i pored ukusa pečurkica koji "obavije" sve tu je i ta super kremasta nota...

Potrebno je:
(za 4 osobe)
300 g zelenog sočiva
1 glavica crnog luka
2 čena belog luka
700 g šampinjona
pola manje glavice kelja
kockica putera
100-200 ml slatke pavlake
par grančica svežeg timijana
500-700 ml pileće ili povrtne supice
50-100 ml belog vina
himalajska so, biber
za serviranje:

malo putera

Način pripreme:
Sočivo sam stavila u šerpicu, prelila hladnom vodom i stavila na ringlu da voda provri. Kada je voda provrila ocedila sam je, sipala novu, vrelu vodu i stavila opet da se kuva. Kuvala sam oko 20-ak minuta tj. dok sočivo tek nije omekšalo. Ocedila sam ga od tečnosti i stavila sa strane da čeka svoj "red".

U šerpi sam na malo putera prodinstala sitno seckan luk, zatim dodala seckane pečurke i beli luk, posolila, pobiberila i dinstala 10-ak minuta. Prelila sam pečurke sa malo belog vina, dodala timijan i dinstala još par minuta a zatim polovinu pečurki stavila u blender, sa malo supice i dobro smiksala.

Vratila sam smiksane pečurke u cele, dodala ostatak supice, kuvano sočivo, malo slatke pavlake, kelj seckan na rezance i sve zajedno krčkala 10-ak minuta (dok kelj malo nije omekšao) a zatim servirala.
Pri serviranju od gore sam posula sa malo timijana i servirala uz prepečen hleb premazan sa malo putera.

NAPOMENA: Ako želite posno varivo umesto putera koristite maslinovo ulje, slatku pavlaku zamenite kokosovim mlekom a pileći bujon onim od povrća ili vodom.
