Ne znam zašto se zovu kiflice kada su u suštini štanglice i jeste da na oko ne izgledaju baš izazovno ali kad krenete da ih jedete gotovo je nemoguće zaustaviti se. Recept je poprilično star a nekako i taj ukus vraća u neka prošla vremena ;)

Način pripreme:
(Priprema I sloja) U činiji za mešanje mikserom sam umutila puter sobne temperature, dodala prah šećer, brašno a onda lagano i orahe. Zasebno sam umutila belanca u čvrst šne pa lagano dodala i to u predhodnu smesu.
Pleh sam obložila papirom za pečenje, istresla smesu i poravnala pa stavila u rernu na 180 stepeni i nekih 30 minuta. Testo treba da bude skoro pečene ali ne potpuno.

(Priprema II sloja) Žumanca i šećer u prahu sam dobro umutila (dodala i ekstrakt vanile) "da pobele" a onda ovu smesu prelila preko skoro pečene kore, dobro sve poravnala i vratila u rernu, smanjila temperaturu na 150 stepeni jer ovaj sloj treba više da se suši nego peče i to "pekla" oko 20-25 minuta tj. dok se ta korica skroz nije prosušila.
Isključila sam rernu i ostavila koru u rerni da se još dodatno prosuši i ohladi.

(Priprema III sloja) Mleko sam zagrejala do vrenja pa prelila preko oraha i malo prohladila. Umutila sam puter sa šećerom i dodala pripremljene orahe sa mlekom a zatim ovim premazala prohlađenu koru (preko žutog fila). Od gore sam dodatno posula mlevene orahe, prekrila pleh alu-folijom i ostavila preko noći u frižideru a zatim sekla štanglice i servirala.
