A meni (pošto ne volim gužvu (u prirodi posebno)) idealna alternativa roštiljanju u prirodi (za prvi maj) je električni gril, još sa ovako laganim ražnjićima gde svako može da "složi" varijantu po svom ukusu i zapeče je do željenje mere... savršeno.

Potrebno je:
(za 4 osobe)
600 - 700 g pilećeg, belog, mesa
100 g tanko sečene slanine
1 žuta paprika
1 manji cvet brokolija
200 g manjih šampinjona
1 glavica crvenog luka
1 manja tikvica
za marinadu:
70 ml maslinovog ulja
pola kašičice granula belog luka
pola kašičice granula crnog luka
pola kašičice suvog origana
pola kašičice suvog bosiljka
1 kašičica dimljene paprike
(himalajska) so, biber
za serviranje:
pita hleb ili tortilje
200 ml milerama + 2-3 kašike marinade
1 limeta
100 g sveže rukole

Način pripreme:
Priprema marinade: U teglicu sam stavila maslinovo ulje i sve začine pa dobro promešala.
Priprema mesa: Meso sam iseckala na kockice, prelila polovinom marinade, dobro promešala i ostavila sat-dva u frižideru.
Priprema ražnjića: Na štapiće za ražnjiće stavljala sam naizmenišno povrće (sečeno na manje delove) i meso umotano u slaninicu. Premazala sam svaki ražnjić sa malo preostale marinade i pekla na grilu dok nije porumenelo sa svih strana.

Serviranje: Na grilu sam na kratko zapekla tortilje, onda na svaku stavila malo rukole, skinuto meso i povrće sa ražnjića, prelila sa malo sosa (mileram sam pomešala sa malo marinade), umotala i servirala.
