Suvi vrat možete zameniti i nekim drugim suhomesnatim a feta sir recimo kockicama mozzarelle. Ma svaki put se možete poigrato i dobiti drugačije a jednako fino jelo.
Potrebno je:
(za kalup prečnika 26 cm)
200 g Frikom graška
100 g suvog svinjskog vrata
100 g feta sira
3 jaja
250 ml pavlake za kuvanje
1 list Frikom lisnatog testa
so, biber
½ kašičica suvog origana
½ kašičice suvog bosiljka

Lisnato testo sam rastanjila i obložila kalup za tart koji sam prethodno namazala sa malo putera.

Jaja sam pomešava sa pavlakom i začinima a suvi vrat iseckala na kockice.
Zamrznuti grašak sam sipala u vrelu vodu i ostavila kratko da se odledi.

Na dno testa za tart stavila sam seckan vrat i izmrvila feta sir a onda prelila pripremljenom mešavinom pavlake i jaja.

Od gore sam raspodelila grašak i tart stavila u rernu da se peče na 180 stepeni oko 40-50 minuta tj. dok fino nije porumeneo.

Izvadila sam tart iz rerne, sačekala malo da se prohladi pa servirala.
