1 jaje
150 g brašna
150-200 ml mleka
1 kašika šećera
prstohvat soli
ekstrakt vanile

3-4 kiselije jabuke

Način pripreme:
U činiju za mešanje stavila sam jaje, šećer, vanilu, malo soli i dobro promešala žicom za mešanje. Zatim sam dodavala naizmenično malo brašna pa malo mleka i na kraju sve dobro promešala da nema grudvica. Smesa treba da bude nešto gušća nego smesa za palačinke.

Jabuke sam oljuštila isekla na kolutove i odvojila im središnji deo sa koščicama a onda umakala u pripremljenu smesu i pržila na malo ulja po par minuta sa obe strane tj. dok nisu fino porumenele.
Pečene jabuke vadila sam na kuhinjski papir da upije višak masnoće a onda servirala posute prah šećerom.

Savet: Ako volite u smesu možete staviti i malo cimeta ili ga posuti od gore zajedno sa šećerom u prahu.
