Za pripremu pogačica potrebno vam je 5 minuta i plus pečenje tako da nema opravdanja da ne uživate u aromi i slojevitosti ukusa finog peciva... I ne znam da li su sconsi finiji još topli ili kada se potpuno ohlade...
Potrebno je:
280 g brašna
20 g kukuruzne palente
1 prašak za pecivo
malo soli
100 g putera
1 veza mladog luka
100 g chedder sira
1 jaje
150 ml (tečne) slatke pavlake

Način pripreme:
U činiju za mešanje stavila sam obe vrste brašna, so i prašak za pecivo pa sve dobro promešala. Dodala sam zatim kockice putera i umesila ujednačeno mrvičasto testo.
Mladi luk i Zlatiborac dimljeni vrat sam sitno iseckala, chedder narendala pa sve to dodala u mešavinu sa brašnom i blago promešala.

Na kraju sam dodala jaje i tečnu slatku pavlaku, zamesila testo (tek da se sve koliko-toliko spoji), rukama rastanjila na debljinu od oko 2 cm (kružnog oblika) i isekla na 6 delova (trouglasta) a onda dodatno svaki trougao isekla na pola.

Skonse sam onda stavila na papir za pečenje pa u rernu na 200 stepeni i nekih 20-25 minuta tj. dok nisu fino porumeneli. Izvadila sam ih iz pleha, sačekala malo da se prohlade i spakovala za jelo u prirodi ;)

Savet: Ako vam se testo suviše lepi za ruke dodajte još malo brašna i radite na papiru za pečenje da bi testo lakše odvojili od podloge i prebacili u pleh.
