Volim sočivo jer se u odnosu na neke druge mahunarke (pasulj, leblebiju...) jako brzo skuva a može se koristiti zaista na bezbroj načina. Danas vam dajem ideju za fin i zdrav namaz tj. dip od crnog sočiva.

Potrebno je:
za namaz:
200 ml beluga sočiva
1 velika glavica crvenog luka
2 čena belog luka
malo maslinovog ulja
himalajska so
50 g crnih maslina
sok od pola limuna
za "krekere":
stari hleb po izboru (u mom slučaju domaći, integralni, pravljen sa starterom)
malo maslinovog ulja
malo himalajske soli

šalot luk
kurkuma u prahu

Način pripreme:
Priprema namaza: Sočivo sam stavila u šerpicu, prelila sa dosta vode i kuvala 20-ak minuta tj. dok nije omekšalo.
U gitanju, na malo maslinovog ulja, na laganoj vatri, dinstala sam sitno seckan crveni luk (posoljen) dok potpuno nije omekšao i krenuo da se karamelizuje. Pred kraj sam dodala i sitno seckan beli luk.

U električnu seckalicu stavila sam sočivo, pripremljen luk, so, maslinovo ulje, masline i limunov sok pa sve dobro usitnila i preručila u činiju te stavila u frižider na par sati.
Pred serviranje dodala sam još malo maslinovog ulja, po ukusu soli i limunovog soka a možete dodati i malo kurkume ako je volite.

Priprema "krekera": Hleb sam isekla na tanke kriške a onda na "kvadratiće", poređala u pleh na papir za pečenje, premazala maslinovim ulje, posolila i pekla na 180 stepeni 15-ak minuta tj. dok nije postao hrskav.

Serviranje: U činijicu sam stavila pripremljen namaz a sa strane hleb a možete napraviti i male zalogajčiće tako što na svako parče hleba stavite malo namaza, od gore listić šalot luka, malo kurkume i himalajske soli...
