Način pripreme:
Bundevu sam oljuštila, očistila i iseckala na kockice približno jednake veličine. Stavila sam je u pleh, na papir za pečenje, prelila sa malo maslinovog ulja, posolila, stavila malo kurkume, bibera, promešala i stavila da se peče na 200 stepeni nekih 30 minuta tj. dok nije omekšala i blago porumenela.

Sočivo sam kuvala 15-20 minuta u dosta vode (dok nije omekšalo) a zatim ga procedila.
U tiganju, na malo maslinovog ulja, prodinstala sam sitno seckan crveni luk (posoljen). Dodala sam zatim izgnječen beli luk i sočivo pa nastavila sa dinstanjem 5 minuta. Posle tog vremena dodala sam i pečenu bundevu i još kratko sve prodinstala, po ukusu dosolila, pobiberila, stavila peršun list i servirala sa malo listića pecorino sira.

Nisam nikada jela crnu leću, baš izgleda zanimljivio.
Crnu leću sam baš nedavno gledala, a sada znam i da ću je kupiti i ovo pripremiti, odlično je, tako dobra kombinacija i tako zanimljivo izgleda !
