Način pripreme:
Cveklu sam oljuštila i narendala a onda dodala i rendanu jabuku (sa sve korom) i šargarepu (koju takođe nisam ljuštila već samo dobro oprala). Dodala sam zatim sok narandže, rendan beli luk, so, biber i maslinovo ulje, sve dobro promešala i ostavila pola sati u frižideru a onda pred serviranje od gore posula sa malo seckanih badema.
