Rebarca su uvek “rado viđen gost” na našoj trpezi a ova se lepe za prste i tope u ustima. I jeste da se kupe već marinirana, i spremna samo da ih smestite u foliju pa na gril ili u rernu, ja sam napravila domaći bbq sos pa sam ih pred kraj premazala i malo dodatno zapekla i… savršena su 😋.

Kao prilog napravila sam pomfrit od batata a tu je i francuska mešavina bio povrća… Da i kukuruz u klipu sam uvaljala u moču od mesa i zapekla ali nemam sliku da to i dokažem 😇…
Sve u svemu jako fina klopa…

Sve potrebne namirnice za ovo jelo možete naći u Lidlu a neke od njih su (marinirana svinjska rebra, ljuta paprika i bio mešavina povrća) ovih dana na akciji pa možete fino uštedeti.
Potrebno:
2 pakovanja mariniranih svinjskih rebara
za bbq sos:
500 ml pasiranog paradajza
1 velika kašika džema od kajsije
2 kašike vorčester sosa
1 kašika smeđeg šećera
2 kašike meda
1 kašičica dimljene paprike
1 kašičica granula belog luka
1 kašičica italijanske mešavine začina
so, biber
1 zelena ljuta paprika

2-3 batata
1-2 kašičice skrobnog brašna
kesica Kania mešavine začina za krompir
2 kašike parmezana
malo maslinovog ulja
i još:
Bio mešavina povrća (francuska)
mini paradajz
rukola
kukuruz u klipu

Način pripreme:
Meso sam umotala u alu foliju i stavila u rernu na 150 stepeni i 2 sata.
U šerpicu sam stavila sve sastojke za bbq sos i kuvala na laganoj vatri dok se sos nije blago zgusnuo tj. skoro prepolovio.

Posle 2 sata rebarca sam odmotala, premazala bbq sosom, vatru pojačala na 220 stepeni i pekla 10-ak minita tj. dok rebarca nisu porumenela.

Što se batata tiče isekla sam ga na prutiće, dobro isprala pod mlazom vode i prosušila a zatim prelila sa malo maslinovog ulja, dodala skrobno brašno, miks začina i parmezan pa dobro promešala.

Poređala sam zatim batat u pleh tako da se prutići ne dodiruju i pekla u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni (na 200 stepeni) oko 15-20 minuta s tim da sam okrenula jednom na pola pečenja. Gotov je kad blago porumeni.
