Potrebno je:
(za 4 osobe)
4 pastrmke od po oko 300 g
oko 100 g kukuruznog brašna
4-5 čena belog luka
1 veza peršun lista
70 ml maslinovog ulja
200 g pirinča
500 g Freshona mešavine za rusku salatu
1 glavica crvenog luka
matovilac salata
150 ml Kania majoneza light
2 kašičice miksa začina (bosiljak, origano, majoran, granule belog luka, granule crnog luka…)
so, biber
limun

Način pripreme:
Pastrmku sam dobro očistila, oprala i prosušila.
U šoljici sam pomešala maslinovo ulje, trećinu protišnjenog belog luka, trećinu sitno seckanog peršuna, so, biber i limunov sok pa ovom smesom prelila ribe spolja i unutra i ostavila da se mariniraju pola sata.

U činijici sam pomešala kukuruzno brašno, kašičicu miksa začina, so i biber pa posula ribu sa obe strane, dobro utapkala i stavila u pleh (na rešetku).
Poprskala sam zatim ribu sa malo maslinovog ulja i stavila u rernu na 200 stepeni i nekih 20-25 minuta.

U međuvremenu sam u tiganju propržila sitno seckam crveni luk (na malo maslinovog ulja) pa dodala mešavinu za rusku salatu, malo vode i dinstala dok povrće nije omekšalo (10-ak minuta) a voda isparila. Dodala sam zatim kuvani pirinač, trećinu belog luka i peršuna, so, biber i sve zajedno propržila par minuta.

Za sosić sam pomešala postan majonez, 1 kašičicu miksa začina, ostatak belog luka i peršuna i malo soli i bibera.

Na tanjire za serviranje stavila sam matovilac salatu, od gore pripremljen prilog od pirinča, na to pastrmku i sa strane sos od majoneza i par koluta limuna.
