Ovog puta špargle sam iskombinovala sa tikvicama, kremastim sirom i vazdušastim lisnatim testom... i taman kada sam htela izostaviti slaninicu sinkić je rekao da OBAVEZNO mora da je bude kada su špargle u pitanju jer i mala količina pravi razliku... A sinkić se uvek sluša tako da... Došli smo do zaista jako finih pitica, ukusnih i dekorativnih a brzo i lako se spremaju...

Potrebno je:
(za 10 sitica tj. jedno lisnato i pola veze špargli)
1 pakovanje lisnatog testa
oko 200 g špargli
1 tikvica
50 g pancete
malo maslinovog ulja
150 g krem sira
150 g milerama
40 g parmezana
1 kašičica miksa začina
so, biber
1 žumance
malo miksa crnog i obićnog susama za posipanje

Način pripreme:
U činiji sam promešala krem sir, mileram, parmezan i mešavinu začina.
Špargle sam prvo "očistila" tj. krivila svaku da pukne i onaj donji drvenasti deo stabljike bacila a ostatak stabljiku isekla na kružiće s tim da sam vrh ostavila ucelo.. Tikvicu sam isekla na tanke trakice. Zatim sam špargle i tikvice prelila sa malo maslinovog ulja, posolila, pobiberila i dobro promešala.

Lisnato testo sam isekla na 10 pravougaonika, svaki lagano unutra zasekla a onda namazala sloj fila od sira, od gore obilato stavila tikvice i seckani deo špargle, zatim stavila kockice slaninice i od gore po jedan-dva vrha špargle.

Ivice testa sam premazala žumancetom pa posula mešavinom susama i crnog susama a zatim pleh stavila u rernu na 180 stepeni i nekih 20-ak minuta tj. dok pitice fino nisu porumenele.

Servirala sam ih odmah na salati od rukole i prelivene sa malo maslinovog ulja.
