1 veza špargli (500 g)
150 g buđole
150 g ementalera
2-3 jaja
100 g baby spanaća
malo tucane, ljute, paprike
žumance za premazivanje
malo susama i chia semenki

Način pripreme:
Špargle sam očistila i oprala. Lisnato testo sam isekla na 8 delova.
I sad na svaki deo lisnatog testa stavila sam dva lista buđole, po 3-4 špargle, listić sira i sve preklopila krajevima lisnatog testa.
Premazala sam žumancetom i posula mešavinom susama i chia semenki.

Pekla sam u rerni na 180 stepeni oko 15 minuta tj. dok lisnato testo nije porumenelo a sir se istopio.
Pošto su meni ostale dve pločice lisnatom ispekla sam ih tako prazne, s tim da sam stavila nešto preko u sredini da ne narastu i onda stavila malo baby spanaća i po jaje na oko od gore.
Generalno zamisao mi je bila da jaje na oko ili poširano jaje stavim na gotove umotane špargle ali i ovako sa strane je sasvim ok 😇
