Kombinacija slatkog batata i ekstra ljutog jogurta je za istinske ljubitelje ljutog jer iako je u jogurtu papričica ovde pali i žari a u kombinaciji sa slatkim batatom i mentom zaista imate slojevitost i eksploziju ukusa... Ako ne volite ljuto izostavite ljutu papričicu tj. zamenite je tahini pastom (pastom od susama) i dobićete jednako fin prilog...

Batat je inače jako zdrava namirnica, sadrži vitamin B6 (koji utiče na zdravlje srca i krvnih sudova), vitamin C (koji jača imunitet i sjajan je antioksidans), vitamin A i E te minetale kao što su kalijum (za jačanje imuniteta, kostiju, mišića) i magnezijum (dobar u borbi protiv starenja)... i zbog svega toga svakako bi trebao češće da se nađe na vašoj trpezi.

Način pripreme:
Batat sam isekla na veće kriške (ne ljušteći ga), premazala ga sa malo maslinovog ulja i pekla u rerni na 200 stepeni oko 40 minuta tj. dok nije fino porumeneo. Na pola pečenja sam ga okrenula.

U međuvremenu u gusti jogurt dodala sam sitno seckanu ljutu papričicu, koru i sok limuna, so i malo maslinovog ulja pa sve dobro promešala.
Na tanjir za serviranje stavila sam sos od jogurta, na to pečeni batata a onda sve posula sa malo tostiranog susama, seckane ljute papričice i listića nane. Posula sam i sa malo maslinovog ulja.
