4-6 dimljenih skuša (zavisi od veličine)
1 kg mladih krompira
1 veza mladog, crvenog, luka

50 g crnih maslina
kašika kapra
malo svežeg ruzmarina
malo maslinovog ulja
1 limun
50-70 ml belog vina (ili vode)
malo svežeg peršun lista

Način pripreme:
U pekač sam stavila oljušten krompir sečen na četvrtine, posolila ga, prelila sa malo maslinovog ulja i belog vina, promešala, poklopila i stavila u rernu na 200 stepeni na 40-ak minuta.

Posle tog vremena otklopila sam pekač, krompir malo promešala, dodala na rebarca sečene sve tri vrste mladog luka i nastavila sa pečenjem 15-ak minuta.
Posle 15-ak minuta tj. kada je krompir blago porumeneo stavila sam dimljenu skušu, preko kolutove limuna i poklopila pa vratila u rernu na 15-ak minuta.
Kada sam izvadila pekač iz rerne dodala sam masline, kapar i sitno seckan peršun list, ostavila par minuta da odmori a zatim servirala.
