Način pripreme:
Priprema sosa od spanaća i rukole: U električnu seckalicu stavila sam rukolu, spanać, badem, beli luk, parmezan, so, koru limuna i malo maslinovog ulja pa pulsno miksala dok se sve nije fino ujednačilo. Pred kraj miksanja dodala sam i "mrvicu" hladne vode.

Priprema krompira: Krompir sam dobro oprala i isekla na četvrtine, ostavljajući koru. Kovala sam ga u dosta slane vode 15-ak minuta tj. dok nije krenuo da bude mekan (ali ne skroz). Procedila sam ga i stavila na pleh, dodala malo putera i pekla s vremena na vreme mešajući oko 45 minuta na 200 stepeni tj. dok krompir nije potpuno omekšai i porumeneo.
Preručila sam ga u šerpu, dodala par kašika domaćeg sosa ala pesto i servirala sa piletinom sa šampinjonima (recept ide ovih dana).
