par koluta limuna
pakovanje tankih kora za pitu
200 g mlevenih, pečenih, lešnika
100 g tamne čokolade
100 g šećera
oko 100 g putera

Način pripreme:
Lešnik i čokoladu sam samlela i pomešala sa šećereom.
Kore sam isekla na oblik i veličinu posude u kojoj ću pitu peći (ostatak kora sam sačuvala za neku gužvaru).

Namazala sam otopljenim puterom okrugli kalup i onda stavljala po 2 kore (svaku sam premazivala puterom) pa fil, pa kore, pa fil i tako dok sam imala kora i fila s tim da na kraju idu tri kore koje su svaka između namazana puterom.

Oštrim nožem, pažljivo sam isekla pitu, prekrila je alu-folijom i stavila u rernu zagrejanu na 180 stepeni na pola sata. Posle tog vremena skinula sam foliju i pitu pekla dok blago nije porumenela.
Izvadila sam pleh iz rerne i krenula da pravim sirup za preliv.

U šerpicu sam stavila 300 ml Fruvitine Voćna Dolina jabuka, šećer i cimet pa kuvala na laganoj vatri 10-ak minuta tj. dok blago nije postalo sirupasto a zatim dodala kolutove limuna pa sve zajedno kuvala još oko 5 minuta.

Vrućim prelivom sam prelila pitu, prekrila je alu folijom i stavila u frižider preko noći a onda servirala uz čašu Fruvitine Voćna Dolina jabuke.
