za sos:
3-4 glavice crvenog luka
1 konzerva paradajz pelata
300 g pirea od bundeve
1 kašika suvog začina
1 kašika smeđeg šećera
1 kašičica miksa začina (beli luk, crni luk, origano, bosiljak…)
so, biber
malo maslinovog ulja

500-600 g mlevenog mesa
1 jaje
1 kašika granula crnog luka
1/2 kašičice granula belog luka
1 kašičica suvog origana
1 kašičica suvog bosiljka
so, biber
i još:
400 g (suvog) belog pasulja (ili dve konzerve)
svež peršun list

Način pripreme:
Priprema ćuftica: U činiju za mešanje stavila sam mleveno meso, jaje i sve začine pa dobro sjedinila a onda formirala ćuftice i pekla ih kratko u air fryer-u (ako ga nemate klasično ih propržite u tiganju ili pecite u rerni).

U međuvremenu sam u tiganju, na malo maslinovog ulja, dinstala crveni luk seckan na rebarca dok potpuno nije omekšao. (oko 20-30 minuta).

Pasulj sam noć pre potopila u dosta vode a onda ujutru odlila tu vodu, nalila drugu hladnu i stavila da se kuva… kad je provrilo prosula sam tu vodu, nalila drugu i nastavila sa kuvanjem. Kada je pasulj bio skoro kuvan sklonila sam ga sa vatre i ocedila.

U posudu za pečenje stavila sam dinstan luk, paradajz pelat, pire od bundeve i začine pa sve dobro promešala. Dodala sam onda pasulj, opet promešala a onda od gore poređala ćuftice, nalila sve sa malo vode i stavila u rernu da se peče. (ispod činije stavite alu foliju ili papir za pečenje da ne uprlkaze rernu ako krene da kipi).

Pekla sam oko 40-50 minuta na 180 stepeni tj. dok tečnost nije isparila a od gore se uhvatila fina rumena bojica.
Pasulj sam sipala u činije za serviranje, prelila sa malo maslinovog ulja, posula sa malo peršun lista i servirala.
