Način pripreme:
Priprema podloge: Obod kalupa sam namazala sa malo putera pa obložila papirom za pečenje.
U činiji sam dobro promešala mleveni keks, otopljen puter i mleko pa smesu preručila na dno kalupa i dobro je utisnula. Kalup sam zatim stavila u frižider da se smesa dobro ohladi a onda uz ivicu pleha poređala red jagoda sečenih na pola.

Priprema fila: U limeno lonče stavila sam želatin i 4 kašike hladne vode pa ostavila 10-ak minuta. U međuvremenu u blenderu sam smiksala jagode, preručila u činiju i blago zagrejala u mikrotalasnoj (tek da ne budu ledene, da mi se želatin ne zgrudva kad ga dodam smesi). Lonče sa želatinom stavila sam na ringlu i zagrejala na laganoj vatri tek da se želatin otopi (ne sme da provri). Želatin sam zatim dodala u jagode i sve lepo promešala.

U činiji za mućenje umutila sam mascarpone sir, dodala šećer i sok limuna pa ostavila 10-ak minuta da odstoji, opet promešala, dodala pripremljene jagode i predhodno ulupanu slatku pavlaku. Kada se sve fino spojilo smesu sam izlila u kalup, poravnala, prekrila providnom folijom i stavila u frižider preko noći.

Serviranje: Prilikom serviranja od gore sam čizkejk ukrasila svežim jagodama i šlagom.
