Način pripreme:
Vodu sam zagrejala, dodala so, biber i beli luk pa kad se sve dobro rastopilo prohladila.
Pile sam dobro oprala, stavila u lonac i prelila pripremljenom marinadom (da celo bude prekriveno vodom) te poklopila i stavila u frižider preko noći.
Sledećeg jutra pile sam izvadila iz parinade i dobro prosušila te ostavila par sati na sobnoj temperaturi nepokriveno.

U pleh sam stavila pile (u unutrašnjost sam stavila jednu narandžu sečenu na pola), premazala ga sa malo maslinovog ulja, posolila i stavila u rernu predhodno zagrejanu na 250 stepeni na 20 minuta (temperaturu sam odmah po stavljanju pileta smanjila na 200 stepeni).

Posle tog vremena temperaturu sam smanjila na 180 stepeni i nastavila da pečem još nekih 50 minuta s tim da sam 30 minuta pred kraj dodala šljive sečene na pola, polivene medom i posute seckan ruzmarinom.
Pred sam kraj pečenja uključila sam program grila i toplog vazduha da pile fino porumeni.
Izvadila sam ga iz rerne, sačekala 10-ak minuta da odmori a zatim ga sekla i servirala.
