Način pripreme:
U činiji za mešanje izgnječila sam šumadijski sir, dodala svež sir i kajmak pa opet sve promešala.

Mladi luk sam isekla na kolutove i kratko prodinstala na malo maslinovog ulja, malo prohladila pa dodala, mešavini sireva.
Dodala sam zatim i jaja, jogurt, ulje, so, biber i prašak za pecivo pa sve dobro sjedinila.

Činiju za pečenje sam premazala maslinovim uljem, zatim obložila heljdninom korom, poprskala sa malo maslinovog ulja pa stavila drugu koru i onda sam stavlla dve kutlačice fila, lepo raspodelila pa stavila preklopljenu heljdinu koru (da bude dva sloja, ako pravite u većem kalupu onda stavite po dve kore i po želji između poprskajte sa malo maslinovog ulja) pa opet fil pa koru i tako dok sam imala fila (5 slojeva) s tim da sam na kraju celu pitu "ušuškala" jednom korom.

Pitu sam zatim isekla na parčiće pa zalila mešavinom jaja, jogurta i mleka i ostavila oko pola sata da kore upiju tečnost.

Pred stavljanje u rernu pitu sam posula susamom i pekla u rerni na 180 stepeni oko 45 minita tj. dok pita fino nije porumenela.

Izvadila sam posudi iz rerne, sačekala 15-ak minuta a onda ponovo isekla i servirala uz čašu jogurta.
