Kada su pileća krilca u pitanju uvek se traži krilce više… I sad nekada volimo da kožica bude hrskava, nekada lepljiva…ali ono što je obavezno da meso unutra bude meko i sočno… I često volimo neku umakalicu ovog tipa pride…svi volimo pikantno pa često bude neka ljutkasto-slatkasta varijanta kao ova danas.

A izbor krilaca je pao na Perutninu Ptuj pileća krilca bez vrhova jer su krilca već pripremljena za korišćenje a i upakovana u MAP ambalažu. Pakovanje u modifikovanoj atmosferi (MAP – eng. Modified Atmosphere Packaging) predstavlja način produžavanja roka trajanja proizvoda bez ikakvog menjanja svojstava mesa tokom celog svog roka trajanja.
Svakako imate moju toplu preporuku da isprobate ovaj recept…

2 pakovanja (1 kg) Perutnina Ptuj pilećih krilaca bez vrhova
malo maslinovog ulja
1 kašičica miksa začina
1 kašičica dimljene paprike

1 kašika džema od jagoda
1 kašika meda

2 - 3 kašike aceto balsamico-a

Način pripreme:
Prvo sam pripremila pikantan sos tako što sam u šerpicu sipala sve sastojke koji idu u sos, sve dobro promešala i na laganoj vatri (polu poklopljeno) često mešajući kuvala dok se sos fino nije zgusnuo.

Krilca sam izvadila iz pakovanja direktno na tepsiju, prelila sa malo maslinovog ulja, posula miksom začina, dimljenom paprikom, solju i biberom pa sve dobro promešala.

Ja sam krilca pekla i airfryer-u ali ako ih pečete u plehu onda ako imate pecite na rešetki, da ne budu u soku koji puštaju… A temperatura i priprema je ista… Znači prvo sam ih pekla na 160 stepeni 15 minuta (okrenuvši ih jednom na pola puta), onda sam pojačala vatru na 180 stepeni i pekla još 15-ak minuta a onda obilato premazala pripremljenim sosom i zapekla na 200 stepeni oko 5 minuta.
Gotova krilca servirala sam uz pripremljen umak, salatu i pomfrit.

Salatu sam napravila tako što sam u činiji za salatu pomešala mileram, majonez, jabukovo sirće, so, biber i šećer a onda dodala i miks salate i opet sve dobro promešala, ohladila i servirala.

Napomena: Moj miks začina sadrži po kašičicu granula belog luka, granula crnog luka, origana, bosiljka, majorana i ruzmarina.
