Pilav je često na našem stolu, najčešće kao varijanta za iskoristiti meso iz supe.
Ovog puta došla sam na malo drugačiju ideju… da umesto kuvanog mesa napravim ćuftice.

Ćuftice sam takođe malo obogatila ukusima pa sam dodala malo Deluxe bbq sosa i narendala malo Deluxe parmezana.

Sve u svemu jelo koje se jako brzo i lako pravi… a krajnji rezultat tako aromatičan i fin… Mislim kad je slatkica pohvalila jelo onda je to nešto zaista posebno 😂😂

Potrebno je:
(za 3-4 osobe)
1 pakovanje Deluxe Tuscan style mešavine za rižoto
700-800 ml vode
500 g junećeg mlevenog mesa
1 jaje
2 kašičice Deluxe bbq sosa
50 g rendanog Deluxe parmezana
1 kašičica miksa začina
malo prezli
so, biber
malo Deluxe začinjenog maslinovog ulja

Način pripreme:
Meso sam stavila u činiju za mešanje, dodala jaje, bbq sos, parmezan, začine, prezle i sve dobro promešala.

Pravila sam male ćuftice, ređala u posudu za pečenje, prelila sa malo maslinovog ulja i stavila u rernu da se peku 15 minita na 200 stepeni.

Posle tog vremena izvadila sam posudu iz rerne, dodala mešavinu za rižoto, vodu, so i sve dobro promešala pa vratila u rernu na nekih 40-ak minita tj. dok pirinač nije upio svu tečnost i omekšao.

Na pola pečenja možete malo promešati celu stvar i ćuftice samo "poređati" 😇
Gotovo jelo sam servirala sa malo parmezana i dodatno prelila sa malo maslinovog ulja.
