300 g rikote
300 g brokolija
1 jaje
morska so, biber
za preliv:
50 g putera
2 ravne kašike brašna
oko 400-500 ml mleka
malo muskatnog oraha

Način pripreme:
Priprema fila: U rikotu sam umešala sitno seckan kuvan brokoli, so, biber i jaje.
Priprema preliva: U šerpici sam otopila puter, dodala brašno i stalno mešajući malo propržila a onda dodala malo po malo mleka stalno mešajući žicom za mućenje. Kada se sos vidno zgusnuo dodala sam malo muskatnog oraha, soli i bibera.

Priprema cannellone-a: Na dno posudila stavila sam preliv, zatim cannellone napunila pripremljenim filom, poređala ih u posudice i prelila ostatkom preliva (a onda dodala i malo vode ekstra jer će je pasta tokom kuvanja upiti - ako koristite kuvane listove lazanja onda ne mora).

Stavila sam posudice u rernu zagrejanu na 220 stepeni i pekla oko 40-50 minuta tj. dok pasta nije omekšala i od gore krenula da rumeni.

Pred kraj dodala sam i listove mozzarelle i pekla tek dok se nije otopila.
Posula sam sa malo suvog origana i servirala.

Obožavam tjesteninu s brokulom, kanelone obično radim sa špinatom. Ovo ti je baš odlična ideja i divno izgleda!
Predivno! Iako pastu obozavamo i npr. lazanju cesto pravim, retko, vrlo retko mi padne na pamet da napravim kanelone. Evo sjajen ideje!
